     1. Quickness in obtaining an estimated repair cost.
     2. Simplicity in the evaluation process.
        
        

2. Parts Diagnosis or Quote: Indicates the repair cost and the parts to be replaced, which cost 65€, specifying that the parts must be supplied by istechnow or by one of our TR - Technicians Repair.
   
   

   • Benefits:
     1. Transparency in informing which parts need to be replaced.
     2. Quality assurance of the parts supplied by istechnow or by our Technicians Repair.
        
        

3. Complete Diagnosis or Quote: In addition to the cost and parts to be replaced, includes instructions in the form of video or PDF to perform the repair. It is also mandatory that the parts be supplied by istechnow or by one of our TR - Technicians Repair.
   
   

   • Benefits:
     1. Detailed guidance on how to perform the repair.
     2. More autonomy for the customer to perform the repair on their own, if desired.

Important Note: None of the options offer a guarantee of success in the repair. The buyer is responsible for any damage caused during handling, disassembly, assembly, or replacement of parts, or any other intervention on the equipment or parts.
